As an MW Expert, you’ll be expected to represent our organization and military community in a professional and positive manner. While we want to leave lots of room for your creativity in growing your chapter and getting your community outside, there are certain responsibilities and structures put in place to make sure that we’re serving each community as best we can. Expert Members will work hand in hand with Ambassadors, when available, to create a successful team in a chapter.

One of the great aspects of our Expert program is that rather than establishing a specific location and searching for Experts there, our focus is on our Ambassadors and Experts! We know how hard our team works to grow their communities and how much they love getting outside, so we plan to go with you no matter where the military sends you.

Responsibilities:

• Create quality outdoor content​​

• Participate in the Military Wild Outdoor Community to foster growth and excitement for outdoor recreation

• Provide relevant photos and information for the MW community’s blog and social media

• Disseminate organization-wide announcements, opportunities, and events within chapters

• Regularly tag Military Wild in personal adventures and posts

• Participate in group chat to coordinate plans for social media and blog posts with the Board and fellow Expert Members.
